We have received a significant number of comments about the operation of personal watercraft (jet skis) after sunset, as well as reckless operation during legal hours.  Regulations stipulate that all PWCs are to be off the water one hour before sunset.  Members of the CLIA board have met with the sheriff’s department and will continue discussions to address water safety concerns.
