On September 17 members of the Crystal Lake Improvement Association enjoyed the most successful and enjoyable annual member picnic in memory.  According to board member Brooke Fox (pictured above right), the mastermind behind this event, close to 100 people were in attendance, and many stayed for a good long time playing games and enjoying the festive atmosphere.

A total of 38 prizes were awarded during the event, including 15 adult prizes, 5 gift cards for games, 12 kid prizes, and an “estimation jar.” 

Ms. Fox asked that the following donors of prizes be recognized:  Mike Ouverson with Luminate Home Loans, Jenn Ouverson with Crystal Lake Designs MN, Paul & Janet Hillmer with MN twins ticket donations, Colleen Nagle with Bell Mortgage, and Ryan Fox with Fox Bros. Painting. 

In addition, kudos to board members (and spouses where noted) Bob Johnston (Jane), Janet McGrath Mullin (Tom), Dave Perron (Debbie), Mike Ouverson, Mike Robole, and Ted Lukan for their roles in making this event a success.

We’ll just have to see if we can top this event this year!
