An EWM survey will be done on Crystal Lake in April/May 2019 to determine the EWM areas.  The EWM areas will probably be similar to those in the 2018 EWM survey. CLIA and Dakota County will pay for both Diquat and ProcellaCor herbicide treatments in EWM areas.
